Every wedding is special, however this one is one that will be close to my heart forever!
I met Travis many years ago and to be at his wedding was truly an honor.
The love Mell and Travis shared with all of their guests on that beautiful February in 2008 day was beautiful and I was privileged to have been allowed to capture it.
The beautiful ceremony was held at the Holy Trinity Church in Curtain and the reception followed in a beautifully decorated Marquee at the Southern Cross Yacht Club by the side of the Lake Burley Griffin.
Congrats to the gorgeous couple!

Alison and TJ were married at Elizabethan lodge on a rainy day in August, a little bit of rain however didn't let this couple put a damper on their day!
This was not however your 'typical' wedding! The groom passed out but recovered enough to say his vows, exchange rings and then seal it with a kiss and heavy metal was played as a feature throughout the reception! Devil horns were all the rage and the party was in full swing from the moment the reception doors opened!
A fun loving and vibrant couple, I wish them all the best for a very happy future together!

Claire and Matt were married on the 4th of October 2008 in the beautiful country town on Camperdown near Claire's old home town Terang. They organised the wedding from Sydney with a few visits to Victoria to arrange things for the wedding.
The day was very windy, but nothing could stop this happy couple from laughing and smiling with their friends and family.
Matt's face as he saw his new wife start her walk down the aisle was a tear jerker, and Claires fit of giggles as she was saying her vows had the whole congregation in fits of laughter - Pastor included!
The lucky couple flew to Paris to start their 3 week honeymoon the next day!
Congratulations Claire and Matt!

This lovely couple married on the shore of South Melbourne beach on what was probably the hottest October day in a million years!
It was 35 degrees and we almost melted in the heat, but some sun stroke and some laughter later, they were wed and these pics were what I was able to capture for them to remember their special day for many years to come!
Congrats Renee and Luke! xx

My dear friend asked if I would mind taking some family portraits for her family before she left the country with her fiance to live in Canada.
Not wanting to give up a chance at catching up with my dear friend, I obliged and went to the sleepy seaside town of Warrnambool for a day of fun and laughter with Chantal, Jack, Tom and Master Kid Wrangler Ash! It was a cold and cloudy day, but the fun we had was enough to forget all that and I was able to capture some awesome shots of everyone!
Due to the personal nature of family portraits, I have only put a small selection of shots up for the day which I hope you will enjoy looking at.
Thanks to Chantal and the boys for allowing me to have as much fun behind the lens as they had in front of it!
On Sunday the 28th June, I was invited into the home of Simone and Steve to capture some photo's of their newborn bub Blake Tiger Russell.
Blake was 10 weeks old at the time of these shoots, and he was a charming little guy. His parents are clearly in love and so was I by the time the shoot was over.
Thank you to Simone and Steve for welcoming me into their home and letting me capture the love they share with their baby boy.
Welcome to the world Blake Tiger Russell!

Chaz and Ash have been together for 6 years or so and it was a chance meeting that bought them together. Fastforward 6 years later and their wedding is just around the corner and they are both incredibly excited and looking forward to it!
These photo's were taken at the Warrnambool Botanical Gardens where Chantal and Ash will have some of their wedding day photo's taken.
These two were so natural in front of the camera and so willing to share their love for each other for me, that it was hard not to take a great photo!
Thanks to you both for letting me capture some precious memories.
